Miyoko Pettit-Toledo and Malia Alexander Present “Alternatives to Traditional Corporate Bank Trustees” to the HSBA Elder Law Section and Probate and Estate Planning Section

During a lunch hour Zoom presentation on April 14, 2021, MaxCorp attorneys Miyoko Pettit-Toledo and Malia Alexander joined representatives from CSI Trust Company and Estate and Administration Services to discuss alternatives to traditional corporate bank trustees. Miyoko and Malia discussed MaxCorp’s services and the benefits of having a professional trustee, and they answered various questions posed by local Hawaii Trust and Estate planning attorney.
