Executive Director Malia I. Alexander Earns CELA Designation

MaxCorp is pleased to share that Executive Director Malia I. Alexander has earned the Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) designation through the National Elder Law Foundation.

The CELA certification is a nationally recognized credential awarded to attorneys who demonstrate substantial involvement and experience in elder law and who meet rigorous requirements involving peer review, continuing legal education, and successful completion of a comprehensive certification examination.

Malia also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation, reflecting experience and specialized knowledge in fiduciary administration, trusts, and related financial and ethical responsibilities.

These credentials reflect MaxCorp’s continued commitment to high quality fiduciary and elder law related services for individuals and families in matters involving conservatorship, guardianship, trust, and probate matters.
